Meet Baby T – the perfect baby boy! He was cool, calm and collected through-out the entire session and so easy to work with. Next week we are doing a shoot with his entire family – mom, dad and two brothers, 4 & 2 years old, probably at the beach as we are sure there will be plenty of fun, energy and movement on the the set!
This lovely family are in Florida for a vacation visiting grandparents. When you approach the beach and see all the kite-boarders are out you know that the wind is up. Although all the kids are under 6 years young, they all coped really well with mom and dad’s help of course. A few of the local four legged friends joined in the fun at the end of the shoot. We can’t wait to show them all the images and create some beautiful art for them to remember this particularly vacation for many years to come.
There is something so special about the immediate bond sibblings form when a new addition comes along. These sweet brother’s are so loving towards there brand new little brother. As for baby Z, he get’s the gold medal from our studio. He is just three weeks old which can be very tricky, but he was fast asleep when he arrived and then slept like the little angel he is through-out the entire session. Mom, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa were all on hand to keep the entertainment level high and when needed, supply the odd little candy treat!
We first met this lovely family when their first baby girl was 6 months old. We were delighted to hear that she now has a little sister and even more happy to do another portrait session. Little baby S is such a happy little girl and very chilled out, big sister is all action and loves to explore the beach, ocean and just about everything else. We started the session at their home and finished here on the beach. We can’t wait to show mom & dad all of the photographs.
This sweet little boy’s great grandfather established Bonnette Hunting Club back in 1960 and built this magnificent lodge in 1968. It’s reputation quickly grew and before long the likes of Bing Crosby and the King of Jordan would frequently visit. Today the hunting grounds are now residential neighborhoods but the lodge is still standing proud and as you can see has been preserved with all the original decor and spirit of that bygone era ~ in fact Bing Crosby’s locker is still there and contains two hats and a couple of bottles of the good stuff. A truly one-off location that you can now hire for functions or visit for the monthly cook-outs to sample some of the legendary slow roasted wild boar. So it was an honor and also a lot of fun to shoot this little star in his great grandfathers legendary lodge. Mom and grandpa were on hand to help and be entertained. We have known little Miss M, her sister, mom and dad for a while now. We always have so much fun shooting this family. Mom always gets the most adorable wardrobe and dad is always there to show his support. This was a little birthday shoot which we will complete next week when we will be joined by big sister.
Little baby L is just six weeks young but already so alert and interested in the world around him that sleeping is no longer top of his agenda especially on the occasion of his first photo shoot – why would you want to sleep through that??!! The good news was that he was a very calm little boy so with the love and help of mom and dad was a very co-operative model. As you can see eventually he also took a little nap. We can’t wait to show mom and dad all the portraits and look forward to photographing Baby L in 5 months time which we know will be here before we know it.
We first met this little boy when he was just a few days old. As you can see, he’s already turned into quite the sophisticated dapper young man and we love the fact that we are able to capture these precious images, documenting his journey from baby to little boy. Mom, dad and uncle were all part of his entourage, all helping with wardrobe, posing, feeding and generally keeping him entertained.
