Jiac is a stunningly beautiful Saluki. The light was beautiful, the location was beautiful. Mom was on hand to help Jiac with his posing – et voila!
I met this great family because of my love for the Matilda Jane clothing line! Mom is the trunk keeper for all of South Florida~ she put an entire MJ wardrobe together for me in 20 minutes the first time I met her via phone…I was hooked. So I knew when we got to do her family portrait she would have the best outfits ….and of course I was right! We had a fantastic afternoon with both Miss M’s(her daughters) and mom and dad~ they are a beautiful family~ and just so sweet together. Our time ended with some ring a round the rosie….. and then on for some oreo cookies:)
Last time we shot this super cool family it was just the delightful kids on location, so it was nice to do a home shoot with mom and dad in the action. It was a beautiful Florida afternoon with a cool ocean breeze. The best part of all though, was the constantly entertaining conversation with little Will and Miss Maddy and the plentiful kisses for both mom and dad.
They say that laughing can be very contagious, well we had a bad out-break in our studio when little Miss Lauren arrived with her two best friends (and mom and dad of course). In fact, apart from the 1/500 of a second it took to take the top image here, we don’t think she stopped laughing and giggling the entire session. The puppies were also super cute and happy to join in the fun.
